Braman Automotive Training Center The Braman Automotive Training Center (BATC) is more than a training program.
It’s a direct pathway to a high-demand, high-tech automotive career. Created through a partnership between Braman Motors and Miami-Dade County Public Schools, BATC provides selected students with an 18-month, hands-on automotive technician program at Lindsey Hopkins Technical College, with free tuition, tools, uniforms, and equipment.

At Braman Motors Miami, in partnership with Lindsey Hopkins Technical College, the BATC Program provides hands-on, instructor-led blended learning designed to prepare the next generation of automotive professionals.
This 1,800-hour training program takes place at:
750 NW 20th Street, Miami, FL 33127 and graduates earn a Master Automotive Service Technology Certification, ready for real-world, high-demand careers.
- Applicants may apply at 17 years old (Must be 18 by program start in August)
- Parent/Guardian consent required for applicants under 18
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no points)
- No criminal record
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Willing to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, noisy shop environment
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
- Reliable attendance and commitment required
