Experience is a key to JCs success as a Service Manager. With over 16 years working in BMW Service, including seven with Braman Motors, JC is a veteran of countless training events and instructional classes provided by BMW North America. Combining everything he learned in these courses, he distilled the lessons down to three key phrases that he reinforces to his staff on a regular basis. First, communication is the key to success. Second, do the right thing and finally, make it happen. When away from the dealership, JC enjoys time with his children and travel.
