Joseph Oss has logged more than 19 years in the car business working in both Service and Collision. His extensive list of certifications and successfully completed training courses includes those required by the current Braman Motors franchises (BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, Cadillac and Bentley), but also extends to other brands like Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen and Volvo as well as suppliers such as Dupont, BASF and Standox. He enjoys spending time with his two children and involves himself in the community by coaching youth basketball and football. Joes management style stems from the idea that one should create his or her own path for others to follow.
