In the heart of Edgewater, the Braman Miami campus is evolving into the future. This isn’t just a new facility– it’s a master-planned addition that will transform how people experience the city. Stretching through NE 20th Terrace, the new campus, which will be named “The Braman District,” is set to become Miami’s newest signature destination elevating Edgewater with walkable streets, art, shopping, dining, living, and vibrant public spaces.
The core of the Braman District will hold an 11-story, 185-foot-tall automotive facility, showcasing Braman Miami’s finest selection of luxury vehicles. This facility holds a service lounge, warehouse, body and paint shop, and a service center, with an additional 1,111 parking spaces across multiple levels. The district draws inspiration from automotive design, with the podium wrapped in grille-like patterns, transforming the garage into an architectural statement. The Braman District will come to life with a skybridge connecting two striking 60-floor residential towers, one with 624 residential units and the other with 550 units.
Braman Miami drives the future of Miami not just through cars but also on foot. In addition to the automotive facility’s structure, NE 20th Terrace will be pedestrianized with widened sidewalks, pavers, public art, and greenery, creating the ultimate spot where visitors, restaurants, shops, and energy come alive. NE 20th Terrace will transform into a pedestrian-oriented street where people can stroll at their own pace, explore outdoor markets, and experience dynamic car shows. Together, these additions to Edgewater correspond with the City of Miami’s objectives for more seamless walkability, integrated density, and architectural design.
