All I needed was brake fluid, I had an appointment and had to leave car, get a rental and come back next day. Quick items should be done in an hour wait. The rental car kiosk was broken, line long and unorganized. All unnecessary. I probably won't buy another mini with this kind of service tbh.

The repairs performed on my vehicle were done improperly and resulted in damage to the wheel. As a result, I was forced to incur additional time and expense to have the issue corrected by another repair facility. I am currently considering legal action, particularly given that my requests to speak with the Service Manager have gone unanswered and my emails have not received a response. At this point, I am simply seeking reimbursement for the damage caused during the repair process, as well as the additional costs I incurred to have my vehicle properly repaired.
